The Six Bells Countryside Inn

Save to mood board

The Six Bells Countryside Inn, designed by GrecoDeco, is a carefully imagined world of stories and nostalgia. Created by Audrey Gelman, founder of the Brooklyn home-goods shop The Six Bells, the inn brings to life the fictional village of Barrow’s Green.

The interiors blend Tyrolean details, Scandinavian-style box beds, hand-painted murals by Wally Whitehurst and beautifully sourced antiques. Each of the eleven rooms has its own personality and storyline. All framed by a palette of soft pastels, warm earth tones and richly patterned textiles. Much of the décor is also shoppable, blurring the line between hotel and curated boutique.

The shared spaces like the cozy lounge and The Feathers Tavern feel inviting and warm with classic country-inn charm. They are filled with rustic wooden furniture, crafted tableware and playful fabrics. The result is an immersive and decorative escape. A dreamy setting with a touch of whimsy and a handcrafted soul.
